It's no great secret the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is one of the most beloved pickups among American truck enthusiasts. But it looks as if Ford's off-road modern legend is just as popular overseas. Witness German performance tuner Geiger and its interpretation of American off-road attitude. The first impression of Geiger's Raptor is that it's umm…bright. Its bright lime-green paint job is sure to get noticed whether you're on the autobahn or the Interstate.
The source page for the truck was in German, and our Google translation left something to be desired, but we can give you the lowdown on a few items. First, Geiger did a suspension lift on the truck, taking overall height from 6.5 to 7.2 feet, and added Toyo Open Country 37-inch tires on 22-inch wheels. The Geiger tuning package includes a Whipple twin-screw supercharger bringing output to a claimed 572 hp and 525 lb-ft of torque.
If you thought the Raptor was expensive stateside at around $50,000, hold on to your lederhosen, because the Raptor starts at a steep $95,000 in Europe, and with the full package of performance and customization options, rings the register at the equivalent of $137,000.
