Accessory Guide - Got Diesel?

Achieve significant gains in throttle response, acceleration, towing, and fuel efficiency by swapping the torque converter in a Dodge Cummins, Ford PowerStroke or GM 6.2L diesel with the 4L60 or 4L80 transmission. Pro-Torque's custom-built torque converters lower the stall speed from the factory 2000-2500 rpm to 1600-1900 rpm, where maximum torque is produced. The Pro-Torque converter also eliminates the spongy feel when stepping on the accelerator, reducing converter slippage and extending transmission life. Pro-Torque, Dept. TT10, 1440 Church St., Bohemia, NY 11716; 631/218-8700.
