Truck Trends' Tie-Down Buyer's Guide
So you're not sure which no-drill hooks will work in your rig? Or maybe you're planning on using one set in a variety of trucks. Highland's Universal Anchor System fits most truck beds and installs without drilling. But it has a safety rating of 400 pounds, slightly less than other stakepocket- mounted hooks. The eyelet comes in either chrome or with a black powdercoated finish and can be removed when not needed. All hardware included with the Universal Anchor System is stainless-steel, and soft gaskets are included for the base of the eyelet and the top plate, which mounts on the bed rail.
