Truck Trend's 2004 Design Contest Winners

In one of our closest voting decisions to date, ballots poured in right up to the postmark deadline.

By Editors of Motor Trend

In one of our closest voting decisions to date, ballots poured in right up to the postmark deadline. Virtually every entrant collected several votes, with the winning contenders sharing hundreds of neatly clipped ballots and their numbers clearly circled. But when all the ballots were sorted and counted, Ben Hermance was the winner of Truck Trend's Third Annual Design Contest, with Robert Hawter Jr. coming in a close second. Both designs show plenty of imagination, with a clear sense of clever style.

Our congratulations go out to all the artists who sent in their best efforts.
