What's New for 2010
With no major updates to report, Ford's full-size van arrives for 2010 with a bevy of technological features for the worker on the go, including available Ford Work Solutions, Sirius Travel Link, Rear View Camera System, and an Integrated Trailer Brake Controller. Both available 4.6-liter and 5.4-liter Triton V-8 engines are flex-fuel capable, while the 5.4-liter V-8 and 6.8-liter V-10 can also run on compressed natural gas/liquefied petroleum gas.
