What's New for 2010

The 2010 GMC Sierra Hybrid will now utilize an E85-compatible version of the 6.0-liter Vortec V-8 engine. The LZ1 V-8 will remain paired with GM's two-mode hybrid system to give the Silverado a fuel economy rating of 21 city/22 highway for rear- and four-wheel-drive models. A new exhaust system and resonator have been tuned for optimum efficiency in conjunction with the LZ1's Active Fuel Management system.

All GMC Sierra models will also receive revised interior door trims, and side curtain and seat-mounted side airbags are now standard. New colors include Pure Silver Metallic and Storm Gray Metallic.
