Slamfest, the longest running truck show in Florida barreled into Gainesville, Florida and the Alachua County Fairgrounds could barely hold them in. In spite of rolling thunderstorms during the entire weekend, hundreds of trucks found their way into the show to showcase their latest additions. The famous club games was a good way to get all the local truck clubs involved and was followed by the world famous bikini contest that always seems to get hotter each year. “I want to thank all the supporters over the years and all the hardworking truck enthusiasts,” Promoter Mike Murray tells Truckin’. “Without you we wouldn’t be able to carry on this long tradition of Slamfest.”
