We’ve dedicated this one page to anything and everything you have to say. Think of it as our Facebook wall, only it goes to print instead of being forgotten in five seconds. You did a cover article on a new lifted Ford F-250 that was black with blue artwork on the side. You didn't give a link to the company who built the lift and I haven't been able to find it on the Internet anywhere so that I can contact the company and get pricing.
Daniel via Truckinweb.com

Thanks for reading Truckin. You may have missed the part of the story where Max mentioned Status building the 42-inch lift kit from raw steel tubing. To contact Status, check out www.creatingrollingart.com.

What kind of rims are on the truck in the project build of the 1973 C10 build with the 5.3L LS engine. It was on the pick-up-fix-up tour. It's baby blue.
Elias Surita, Lubbock, Texas

You have a good eye for nice-looking wheels. The hoops in question are 17x9-inch Vintage Wheelworks V48, wrapped in 275/50R17 Nitto NT450 tires. The combo fit the 4/6-inch Belltech drop perfectly. To contact Vintage Wheelworks, give them a call at (714) 690-4700 or head to www.vintagewheelworks.com.

I was reading the new issue that I got earlier today and noticed a typo in the article “Rehabilitated” by Partick McCarthy. He noted that there were four subwoofers in the back of the truck and called them JBL subs. However, the picture clearly shows that they are JL Audio subs. As an owner of JL Audio stereo parts and a BIG fan of their products I have to say that this is quite irritating to me. There is a difference in JL Audio and JBL, one is the price and the other is quality. I'm not writing this to promote JL Audio, but just to say that next time, please review what you write and maybe send a message to the owner of the truck and apologize for the typo. Very disappointing to come across errors like this from such a prestigious magazine.
Jacob, via email.

Good catch man, we missed that mistake. Thanks for clearing that up.

In the August 2004 issue, Dan Ward did a four-page layout of a 2000 S-10 owned by Brandon McCullough of Acworth, Georgia. Soon after the shoot, he performed a complete makeover on the truck. I purchased the truck in 2008 and showed it many times with good results.
Randall Dobson Marietta, Georgia

You brought back fond memories of traveling back home to see the family and getting in some photo shoots while I was back in the South. Here's a shot from my archives of Brandon's original interior. Oh, the good ol' days. Thanks for reading. -Ed. Dan
