Four Jeep concepts that reflect Chinese culture, style, and fashion will be introduced at the 2014 Beijing International Motor Show, highlighting the popularity of Jeep, the fastest growing imported brand in China. These sleek, sporty, trendy Jeeps will be used to gauge interest, and aspects of these concepts just may find their way into future models. Two of the concepts are based on the Jeep Cherokee, while the iconic Jeep Wrangler
and the brand-new Jeep Renegade
are the foundations for the other two concepts. The nine-speed Jeep Cherokee
in China is mated to the 3.2L V-6 Pentastar or the 2.4L MultiAir engine. The Chinese Jeep Wrangler lineup -- offered with the 3.0L or 3.6L V-6 Pentastar -- includes the Sport, Sahara, and Rubicon models.

Jeep Zi You Xia Design Concept
This is the Jeep Renegade in concept-form as it is introduced in Beijing; Zi You Xia means "rebel." Its warm chocolate gray and contrasting dark anodized bronze exterior color finds its inspiration from the colors of the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing. Dark charcoal accents and 20-inch dark anodized bronze alloy wheels also add style to this capable, small SUV. The piano black interior receives a touch of sophistication with gray A-pillars and headliner, anodized copper bezels and plastics, and rich brown leather seat and door panel upholstery with 'ombre' grey and black plaid fabric inserts. With 16 powertrain combinations, the Renegade is ready to hit global markets.

Jeep Cherokee Sageland Design Concept
This concept finds its inspiration from the historical landmarks and natural scenery found throughout the Shangri-La Region. An Ivory tri-coat pearl color adorns the exterior, with satin bronze chrome enhancing the overall look. The interior extends the earth-tone color palette, with neutral gray Nappa-leather seats accented with red and blue stitching inspired by traditional Chinese knot design. The door appliques resemble the color and finish of Chinese ornamental doorknobs.

Jeep Cherokee Urbane Design Concept
Modern megacity nightlife meets the glamour and elegance of this Maximum Steel metallic and Hyper Black-accented Urbane concept Cherokee. Dark red Nappa-leather seats with bright red accent stitching contrast the predominantly piano-black interior. The bold brush stroke patterns of Chinese calligraphy can be found in the decorative door appliques. Even the floor mats reflect decorative patterns inspired by traditional Chinese windows.

Jeep Wrangler Sundancer Design Concept
In 2012, the Jeep Wrangler Dragon debuted at the Beijing Show and is now sold in China and markets outside China. On the heels of this success comes the sophisticated, fashionable Jeep Wrangler Sundancer. The outside is adorned in a rich tri-coat metallic chocolate brown with golden bronze accents. This golden bronze extends to the tinted windows, tone-on-tone ghosted fender flares, and 20-inch billet-aluminum wheels. Naturally, this golden color scheme extends to the 'Gold Rush' interior paint found on the door handles, steering wheel bezel, grab handle, gear shifter trim ring bezels, and sill plates. Axis II perforated seat inserts and Berry Baltique Semi-Aniline leather enrich the interior, as do the premium leather-wrapped door panels and upper instrument panel. Romina premium leather-trimmed-and-wrapped floor mats complete the interior.
