My buddies and I always have extra tires and wheels lying around for occasions such as this. I ran the truck up to 88 mph with the torque converter and rear end both locked. It took almost two minutes for the old bias-ply mudders to explode, and the video shows the percussion shock wave pass through the smoke clearly. That being said, this was the last year any of this took place.”
