2015 Nissan Armada Starts at $39,055

Base MSRP Increases by More Than $1,000, $970 Increase for Most Models

Oct 14, 2014
Conversations about fullsize SUVs usually center on General Motors’ strong-selling GMC Yukon and Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban and sometimes the Ford Expedition. But for the past decade, the Nissan Armada has also been battling it out for the hearts and payment books of customers. Prices for the 2015 model year go up more than $1,000 on the base SV 4x2 model and an average of $970 for most other trims. The starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the 2015 Armada SV 4x2 is now $39,055, up from last year’s $37,885. Both prices include $995 destination, which is unchanged from 2014.

Nissan has not completely given up on its jumbo-sized SUV, updating it with a new 20-inch wheel design, updated interior trim, standard power lumbar adjustment for the driver seat, and three new exterior colors: Arctic Metallic Blue, Magnetic Black, and Pearl White (available as a premium option). The 317 hp 5.6L Endurance V-8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission continues as the sole powertrain option, with the choice of 2WD or 4WD.
