Nissan Showcases Accessories for Titan XD at SHOT Show
Truck’s “Work Hard, Play Hard” Personality Showcased
Nissan is working hard at burnishing the Titan XD’s truck bona fides among truck buyers, and the addition of a Cummins turbodiesel V-8 engine was just the start. The company is choosing the Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show in Las Vegas to showcase its collection of new accessories for the truck, hoping to show its versatility for work or recreational pursuits. Among the accessories offered for the Titan XD are removable, lockable storage compartments in the bed, which can be accessed even with a tonneau or camper shell, a sliding toolbox that can be moved the length of the bed, a bed tent, a sliding bed divider, lockable rear seat storage, illuminated side steps, and water-resistant seat covers.
All accessories are covered by the same 3-year, 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty as the truck itself, if the dealer installs the accessories at the time of purchase. The Cummins-powered XD is just the first of many Titan variants to come, with the gas-powered XD coming next. Later this year, the non-XD Titan will debut with additional bed and powertrain options. The accessories showcased for the XD will likely also be offered on the other Titan models as well. You can watch the video below showcasing the hard-working and hard-playing sides of the Titan’s personality.
