Ram Truck Sponsors Party for a Cause with Academy of Country Music
Three-Day Las Vegas Festival to Benefit Veterans
For the fourth year in a row, Ram Truck is partnering with the Academy of Country Music for the ACM Party for a Cause Festival in Las Vegas, happening April 1-3.
The Party for a Cause festival is a three-day music event featuring headliners like Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney, and Ram will be on hand to ensure country fans get to encounter the truck brand’s wares. The Ram Ride & Drive Test Track will put truck fans on a course of on- and off-road obstacles and capability challenges, including a hillclimb that will give them a wide-angle view of the entire festival and Las Vegas landscape. Also at the Ride & Drive will be a sweepstakes that will put winners front and center to see their favorite artists perform at the festival, and country music stars will make appearances at the Ride & Drive stand as well.
On hand for the festival will be Raminator, the monster truck that’s made appearances at ACM Party for a Cause in the past. The monster truck and its team will be on site for photo opportunities, autographs, and demonstrations of the Ram’s car-crushing abilities.
The whole event benefits the Academy of Country Music’s charitable arm, ACM Lifting Lives. Lifting Lives supports military programs that use music therapy to aid veterans and provides funding to help them transition into civilian life more easily. In the past three years, more than $400,000 has been donated to various military organizations.
Fans can purchase single- or three-day passes to the event through Ticketmaster, and the event concludes just before the Academy of Country Music Awards commence on April 3.
