Humvees Make Quick Work of House Demolition - Video

No wrecking ball needed

The Humvee's natural habitat is usually harsh off-road terrain or carrying soldiers and equipment during military operations, but what do are you supposed to with a Humvee when there is down time? Tear down a house, of course! That’s exactly what the team from Bullet Motorsports did with a fleet of Humvees in Florida, and it’s exactly what you’d expect: pure awesomeness.
Armed with two diesel-powered AM General Humvee pickups, a good set of chains, and an awesome soundtrack, the dilapidated house didn’t stand a chance. With the chain hooked to the back of the Humvee and wrapped around the structure of the house, the diesel roared to life and pulled the house apart one section at a time with ease.

Once the majority of the house was laying on the ground, the Humvee climbed over it like a speed bump, crushing what was left of the building with its substantial weight. It’s not every day you see a house come down with a Humvee, but we sure could watch this over and over, and the sweet soundtrack doesn’t hurt either.
If you do have a Humvee and get the urge to suddenly pull down a house, we recommend not doing this to your neighbor’s place, at least not without permission. Check out the video of all the action below, and for more information on the Bullet Motorsports Humvees, check out bulletmotorpsorts.com.
