2017 GMC Sierra 2500 HD All Terrain X Rounds Out Lineup
HD Model Joins 1500, Canyon with Off-Road Trim
General Motors already dropped the mic in a major way with the announcement of the L5P Duramax’s colossal 445 hp and 910 lb-ft of torque. However, that’s not the only big news for the 2017 GMC Sierra HD model. Joining the Sierra 1500 and Canyon, the All Terrain X series gets rounded out with the addition of the trim on the Sierra 2500 HD. The trim is offered on the Sierra 2500HD crew cab 4WD and is available with the 6.0L gas V-8 or the new L5P Duramax diesel.
Standard equipment on the All Terrain X are 18-inch black-painted alloy wheels, LT275/65R18 Goodyear Duratrac MT tires, a body-color grille surround, door handles, body-side moldings, power-adjustable heated rearview trailering mirrors with integrated turn signals, and LED rear guidance and clearance lamps, front skidplate, 4-inch black sport side steps, and black bed-mounted sport bar with mounting points for GMC accessory LED off-road lights.
The All Terrain X also includes a factory spray-on bedliner, front and rear park assist, the Z71 off-road suspension package, heated steering wheel, all-weather floor liners, IntelliLink 8-inch touchscreen multimedia display, remote locking tailgate, remote start, rear vision camera, adjustable pedals, heated front seats, and leather seating surfaces. The Sierra 2500HD All Terrain X will be available in Black Onyx or Summit White. Pricing and availability will be announced at a later date.
