Earlier in November, the Active Network named their 2010 Active Lifestyle Vehicle of the Year award winners. The winners spanned seven vehicle categories and are designed to reach a broad range of drivers with active lifestyles. At the recently opened Los Angeles Auto Show, the 2010 Land Rover LR4 formally received its award from Carspondent.com, the Active Lifestyle Vehicle’s official Web site for the competition.
“Winning the Active Lifestyle award for the third time is quite meaningful to Land Rover as our LR4 is targeted directly at the luxury active lifestyle,” said Chris Marchand, executive vice president of marketing and sales for Land Rover North America. “With the new LR4 we can confidently say that it can overcome almost any terrain or situation, in complete luxury.”

After real world testing, the 36 judges voted for their top picks, with vote weighting split 50-50 between the journalists and athletes.
