Chrysler Announces Pricing On 2011 Town and Country, Starts at $30,995
Chrysler has announced pricing on the 2011 Town & Country minivan.
Chrysler has priced the Town & Country minivan, which has taken a step across the $30,000 barrier. The base price of $30,995 for a Touring model is more than $5000 above the base Dodge Grand Caravan. The price jump isn't as huge when you consider Chrysler has simply eliminated the base LX trim, similar to what Toyota did when it introduced the latest Avalon sedan.
The Touring L retails for $32,995 and will likely arrive with leather seats as well as power front seats and heated seats in the first and second rows. The top-line 2011 Town & Country Limited will cost $39,495 and is expected to offer HID headlights not to mention an upgraded sound system and a media center to rival the backseat entertainment features of the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey.
All Chrysler Town & Countrys now have the same powertrain: a 283-horsepower V-6 with a six-speed automatic transmission. A heated steering wheel and Stow 'n Place system are new for 2011. Stow 'n Place is Chrysler's name for a roof rack system that can store the roof bows in the rails when they are not being used.
All prices include destination charges.
