Dodge has decided to take the minivan game to the next level by dropping the MSRP for its refreshed Grand Caravan.
Prior to the price changes, the 2011 model year MSRPs for the Grand Caravan began at $25,830, including an $835 destination charge. At this point, both the Kia Sedona and Toyota Sienna rang in around $400 cheaper, though there would be content and package differences between the minivans. Now, the re-priced, entry-level Grand Caravan Express costs $24,830, lopping an entire $1000 off the old MSRP.
In addition to the Express trim, the midgrade Mainstreet experiences a pricing reduction as well. The MSRP now sits at $26,580, representing a savings of $250.

After switching to Pentastar power and cleaning up the interior for 2011, the Grand Caravan currently leads all minivans in the annual sales race with 18,368 total sold through February, a 34-percent improvement over the same period last year.
