Nissan Americas Donates Vehicle to Local Fire Department
Nissan Americas, located in Smyrna, Tennessee, has recently donated a vehicle to the Kittrell Volunteer Fire Department, which is located approximately 25 miles south of the Nissan Americas office. Nissan donated a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder, which will be used as an emergency response vehicle to transport volunteer personnel, fire fighters, and citizens.
"We are honored to receive this generous donation from Nissan Americas. It will be another tool in the tool kit in our service to the citizens of the Kittrell and Readyville communities," Ingle said.
The Pathfinder is equipped with four-wheel drive and emergency equipment including radio communications gear. The equipment will allow the Pathfinder to be used as a communications command post at scenes of an emergency or fire.
