2014 Chevrolet Silverado High Country Pricing Starts at $45,100
Top-Trim Half Ton Includes Premium Trim, Offers Optional 6.2L V-8
The long-rumored and eagerly anticipated 2014 Chevrolet Silverado High Country gets a step closer to dealer showrooms with pricing announcement. The High Country will start at $45,100 for a two-wheel-drive model equipped with the standard 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V-8 engine. The High Country will be offered with a choice of a 5-ft 8-in or 6-ft 6-in bed, in two or four-wheel drive, and with an optional 6.2-liter direct-injection V-8 producing a class-leading 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.
The High Country is distinguished from lower-trim Silverados by a special chrome grille, body-color front and rear bumpers, and trim-specific 20-inch chrome-plated wheels. The High Country also receives a trim-specific saddle-brown leather interior with heated and cooled perforated leather front seats, MyLink multimedia interface with an eight-inch touchscreen, Bose premium audio and front and rear park assist. Options include a sunroof, navigation system, rear-seat entertainment with a BluRay/DVD player, heated steering wheel, driver alert package, adjustable pedals and an integrated trail brake controller.
