Toyo Tires Announces Climbkhana Sweepstakes
Winner Will Get Chance to Hang with Ken Block at Petersen Automotive Museum
Thanks to Toyo Tires, one lucky fan will get to meet driving legend Ken Block at the Petersen Automotive Museum. Now through August 31, 2017, gearheads can enter the Toyo Tires Climbkhana Sweepstakes for a chance at the grand prize, a trip for two to the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles to attend the world video premiere of “Climbkhana: Pikes Peak.”
The prize includes round-trip airfare, a two-night hotel stay, two general admission tickets to the Petersen Museum, and two exclusive tickets to the Toyo Tires Climbkhana Event. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ages 18 and up (except Alabama and Nebraska, where the age limit is 19 and up).
As the latest video in Block’s Gymkhana series, “Climbkhana” will tell the story of his 2016 run up Pikes Peak, the same route used in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (see the teaser below). The film features the ultra-customized, all-wheel-drive, twin-turbocharged 1965 Ford Mustang, dubbed the Hoonicorn V2. Powered by a 21-pound–boosted 6.7L V-8 running methanol, the Hoonicorn makes 1,400 hp, more than enough to tackle Pikes Peak’s famously high elevation and thin air. That power also makes roasting the Hoonicorn’s grippy Toyo Proxes R88R tires surprisingly easy.
Enter to win at Petersen.org/Climbkhana now through August 31, 2017.
