Mahindra Builds Dealer Network for ROXOR Off-Highway Vehicle
215 Dealers Signed in Four Months Exceeds Expectations
The highly anticipated Mahindra ROXOR off-highway vehicle will be publically revealed on March 2 at Mahindra’s new assembly plant in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The ROXOR will expand upon Mahindra’s 70-year heritage of tractors and farm equipment, while adding an off-road spirit poised to differentiate it from other products on the market today. While we await more details on the ROXOR, which Rick Haas, president and CEO, Mahindra Automotive North America commented “will create a whole new sub-category in the SXS segment,” we do know that Mahindra has been busy building the dealer network to distribute its ROXOR. Initial dealer recruitment, commenced by Mahindra’s sales team of 17 highly experienced individuals, began in October 2017 and has already resulted in 215 dealers that have signed up.
“Mahindra’s dealer agreement is designed as a pull-system model that includes competitive dealer margins, a true order-to-delivery system, and a solid dealer support infrastructure—all in place now,” Luc De Gaspe Beaubien, VP of sales and service, Mahindra Vehicles Sales and Service, Inc. stated. “When our product hits the market next month, our dealers will be poised to earn significant profits.”A National Dealer Meeting, scheduled for March 18-20 in San Antonio, Texas, will mark the official launch of the ROXOR. Interested dealers can contact the Mahindra Motor Vehicle Sales and Service, Inc. office based in Asheville, North Carolina at 844-423-7677.
