New Products from SEMA 2019
Manufacturers showcase their newest, coolest products at SEMA 2019
If you want to do some modifications on your truck in the near future, SEMA 2019 is the place to look for ideas, inspiration and the newest innovations. Manufacturers debut their new products for late model vehicles, classics and everything in between. New Products are highlighted in a special section between the Central and South Hall where you can find all of the m in the same place. You can also see these products in each exhibiting manufacturer's booth with a small plaque signifying their new product entry or entries for this year. We went looking for some of the best new products for trucks and found some options in each category to highlight here.
Starting with suspension, Belltech has released their Dynamic Tuning System which is a coil-over with remote reservoir shock to allow 4-way adjustability for your lifted pickup to handle any terrain. Over in the Slam Specialties booth, the -inch double bellow SL-9 heavy duty air bag is the most recent option for adjustability with full extension to 16-inches and AirLift had their WirelessAIR with EZ Mount system on display which can be used in your truck for on-the-fly height changes.
If it's time for new wheels and tires, there are many to choose from around SEMA. A couple of our favorites for some off-road adventures are the Center Line Scope with gloss black /red powder coat and the Mickey Thompson Baja Pro X Tires to roll over just about anything you can think of. While we're mentioning using your truck for off-roading, new accessories for the body can make all the difference in looks and utility. We found the Laser-X Metal from T-Rex Grilles, Anzo LED Headlights, Bolt Lock Monster Hook, and the Elevate Rack System from Truck Hero. Each of these products are designed and manufactured for a wide variety of pickups.
Another trend we noticed is the availability of new products for the '88-'98 Chevrolet Pickups as they become a popular choice for builders to go wild on. Hedman Performance is now offering mid-length Headers to tuck your exhaust up into the frame while adding both horsepower and torque. In the new products area, we came across a GSI Machine and Fabrication complete air ride chassis for the "OBS" style trucks that is sure to grab some attention due to the ability to swap out the old frame and almost everything else under these trucks with a whole new version.
There are so many new products at the 2019 SEMA Show, we cannot possibly tell you about all of them here but keep a lookout in Truckin for our New Products Department each month where we bring you 10 entries in each new issue!
