Aftermarket manufactures put a huge amount of resources into the development of parts and products to fit pickup trucks. This is very evident at the annual Specialty Equipment Market Association show at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, with all the vehicles and items on display. So, we spent day three of the show wandering the aisles and the New Products Showcase tracking down the Top 10 Best New Truck Parts and Products at SEMA 2019.

Photo 2/11   |   Eaton Performance's new QuietTec ring and pinion gear sets are manufactured with industry-leading gear cutting technology that maximizes tooth contact while reducing the tooth-to-tooth contact pressure. This reduction in pressure delivers improved strength, durability, and heat reduction. QuietTec gears' extremely consistent tooth mesh-and-gear contact pattern makes it easier to achieve a proper mesh, reducing installation time.
Photo 3/11   |   The Duramax L5P Deep-Capacity Cast Aluminum Oil Pan from PPE solves the poor drainage problem associated with stock pans by allowing all the old dirty oil to drain out. The new pan also increases oil volume by two quarts, which helps increase thermal stamina. Using a thick aluminum alloy casting helps to further reduce engine temperatures. There is a convenient NPT tapped port in the side of the pan for a temperature sensor.

The company did it by replacing the factory GT32 unit with a custom larger GT37 model. Kits include a BD custom cast turbine housing, backing plate, compressor cover, and pedestal for a quick installation. Turbo is available as a stock replacement or a Screamer.

Sensor Tap enables data from multiple sensors on a vehicle to be sent wirelessly directly to a smartphone, even on vehicles without OBDII.

The parts incorporate exclusive integrated bearing technology that has a 12 percent larger ball and 25 percent larger bearing surface and uses induction hardened studs to better absorb heavier loads and impacts. Joints come with knurled housing and grab features to provide easier installation.
Photo 11/11   |   One of the newest units in Miller Electric's line of MIG welders, the Millermatic 255 is a machine designed to increase efficiency and productivity for light manufacturing and fabrication. This all-in-one welder has a 7-inch LED color screen with Auto-Set Elite (predefined weld settings) along with Pulsed MIG (lower heat input for less distortion on thin material and less spatter) and can be connected to 208- or 240-volt input power.
