We have reason to believe it will look very similar to the Garrett GT3788VA "Powermax" pictured here. Although it will be required to have a different turbine housing in order to mount up correctly, we've already heard from Ford that the "new" turbocharger will have an 88mm compressor wheel and a larger 72.5mm turbine wheel. With the loss of the twin compressor wheeled, tiny turbine GT32 SST, look for Ford to be able to get much more aggressive in the exhaust braking department with a variation of the GT3788VA in the mix. And, being that the 6.0L's application of this turbo can support 500hp at the wheels, look for Ford to turn up the wick on the 6.7L Power Stroke even more...
