Audi Q7
Top-Ten Finisher
What It Is
German companyis first attempt at the SUV segment and this is as much a sport sedan as anything in our test. Tons of technology and engineering inside.
What You Should Know
The Q7 shares its platform with the Porsche Cayenne but has modified it to be longer. The 4.2-liter V-8 puts out a muscular 350 horsepower and has brakes that stop on a dime. But if youire looking for a six- or seven-passenger vehicle, the third row is weak.
Bottom Line
If you love German engineering and donit want a traditional SUV look or performance, this wagon should be at the top of the list.
