At first I didn't like the Cherokee, but it grew on me. After almost 5 months of ownership I've got to day I love it. The technology is great. There just needs to be minor fixes in the new 9 speed transmission and it would be even better. I just have the latitude with AD2 and rarely go off road so I cannot speak much about that. I do live on quite the hill so I cannot wait for a little snow!

This is the best and most economical off road SUV thanks Daimler,so now America can show off to the whole world that theirs is number three in the world of true off road adventures. Well you may cry and sulk but this beats the previous Jeeps any day in all aspects!!! Its worth one's money! You don't even need to upgrade it like the all new Ford Ranger got on Ignition GT. Its just like the Toyota Landcruiser Prado, out of the factory and straight into the bundu!

It's a Kia sportage with all terrains on it. Not only is it ugly, but it will never hold a candle to what the old Cherokees have done for the suv world. Besides if you look underneath a lot of the pats are stamped FIAT, it ain't a Jeep, it's a 500/Dart in disguise.

Ugly. I was behind one and mistook the Cherokee for a Subaru Tribeca. It might have the jeep name on it.... it ain't no jeep.

for 35K you have a Wranger Unlimited Rubicon with slightly worse fuel economy. The interior is tiny and its overweight.  I don't understand buying this model if you want to go offroad.
